Give a 19-year-old boy stacks of cash, fancy cars, and a constant stream of affirmation from adoring young females, and you've got the recipe for the neighbor from hell. This week, pop star Justin Bieber allegedly refused to speak to authorities after not one but two neighbors called the cops on him to complain about the "startling high rate of speed" at which he was driving in their Calabasas, California gated community.
According to TMZ, the incident occurred around 8 p.m. on Sunday night, while at least one child was playing in the area. Sources say that one of the callers was former football pro Keyshawn Johnson.
Bieber has been accused of reckless driving by his neighbors before. In March, one of his neighbors angrily confronted him about his driving, leading to an altercation in which Bieber allegedly spat at the man and told him to get off his property.
