Chris Brown facing legal trouble again?

On Thursday, some reports claimed that Brown has been accused of "robbery by sudden snatching" for allegedly taking a fan’s iPhone after she snapped his photo outside a Miami nightclub. However, Juan Sanchez of the Miami Police Department says the reports are premature.
“Mr. Brown has not been arrested nor accused by the Miami Beach Police Department of any crime, as reported by some websites,” Sanchez said in a statement. “A report was filed by the victim, which the Department is investigating. This is an open investigation; therefore I cannot comment any further.”
Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle has also issued a statement regarding the incident: “My prosecutors are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing all of the materials supplied by Miami Beach Police. Only after these reviews have been completed would any type of action be considered or taken. This is the basic process that every criminal case in Miami-Dade County undergoes.”
Brown, who performed at the Grammys on February 12, has been in headlines since the awards show for his outbursts on Twitter, as well as the recent release of two remixes with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
