In The Amazing Spider-Man, which hits theaters July 3rd, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone play Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, two teenagers who are navigating the ins and outs of high school life and young love. However, high school isn’t ever easy for anyone…even if you’re a superhero.
Balancing school, friends, family, and a new relationship is extremely difficult, especially when your alter ego is Spider-Man, and you spend your nights protecting the people of New York City. Add the extra stress of your girlfriend’s father, the chief of police, on a manhunt after you. Throw in some biological warfare, and you’ve got Peter Parker’s high school experience.
