An actor known for his versatility as he is for his intense blue eyes, most widely recognized for his role as Joey Lockhart in 16 Wishes (2010).

Joel is originally from a small suburb in LaSalle, Ontario, he is the youngest of two children. He began acting at an early age in a middle school improvisation class, as a shy child improvisation provided an avenue to express himself, and refine his craft. Joel is passionate about education and completed a degree in psychology, he later moved to Vancouver, Canada, to pursue a career in acting. He quickly found his feet in the industry after landing a role as international pop superstar Joey Lockhart on Disney's 16 Wishes (2010). This role later led to parts on shows such as Supernatural (2010), and Arrow (2014). He resides in Vancouver, and Los Angeles.
