He has appeared in episodes of two different series in which he played a high school student where the school principal was an African-American man named was Steven: Boston Public (2000) and Joan of Arcadia (2003).
He is a very close friend of Joan of Arcadia (2003) stars Michael Welch and Chris Marquette. He had known Welch since 1997 but they did not become good friends until the series began in 2003.
At the age of 18, he wrote, directed and edited the short film, Sugar Mountain (2005). He wrote and directed his first short film when he was 13-years-old.
Began acting at the age of eleven.
